Welcome to Radiant & Keen. By accessing our website and purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

General

  • Radiant & Keen is a fashion jewelry brand offering premium imitation jewelry crafted using high-quality materials and finishes.
  • By using our website, placing an order, or interacting with our services, you agree to our Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy.
  • Radiant & Keen reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Product Information

  • All products sold by Radiant & Keen are imitation/fashion jewelry and are not made of solid gold or natural diamonds unless explicitly mentioned.
  • Our jewelry may include 18K Gold Plating, Rhodium Plating, AAA+ Cubic Zirconia Stones, Brass & Silver Alloy Base Metals, and handcrafted finishing.
  • We strive to display product colours, textures, and finishes as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, or handcrafted detailing.
  • All product photos and wearing videos are created using real products and real models for transparency and authenticity.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed on the website are in INR.
  • Radiant & Keen reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
  • We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and external factors beyond our control.
  • Standard Shipping across India is free on all prepaid orders. Estimated delivery timeline is 2-6 working days.
  • Express Shipping is available at an additional charge of Rs. 500 across India. Estimated delivery timeline is 1-5 working days. Orders are mostly dispatched within 1 business day via courier partners such as DHL or Blue Dart.
  • Certain products may be made on order. Made-to-order products require a production timeline of approximately 25-30 days before dispatch.
  • While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to logistics, weather conditions, operational issues, or courier-related disruptions.
  • Radiant & Keen shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Same-Day Delivery (Mumbai)

  • We provide same-day courier services within Mumbai, subject to availability.
  • Courier services may be fulfilled through Wefast or Porter.
  • Same-day delivery charges are to be borne by the customer.
  • Radiant & Keen will not be responsible for parcel delays, misplacement, loss, or damage caused by third-party delivery partners.

Courier Partners

Our shipping partners may include DTDC, Shree Maruti, Delhivery, DHL, and Blue Dart depending on location and service availability.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Please carefully review all product details before placing your order.
  • Due to hygiene, operational, and product nature reasons, we follow a strict No Return, No Exchange, and No Refund policy.
  • Order cancellations are not permitted once the order is confirmed.
  • Radiant & Keen does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, preference changes, or incorrect selections made by the customer.
  • All products undergo quality checks before dispatch.
  • Customers are encouraged to review product photos, product videos, and wearing videos available on our Instagram page before purchasing.

Jewelry Care Instructions

  • To maintain the shine, plating, and durability of your jewelry, proper care is essential.
  • Store jewelry in a dry, airtight pouch away from moisture and humidity. Store each piece separately to avoid scratches and friction.
  • Wear jewelry only after applying makeup, perfume, lotions, hairspray, or skincare products.
  • Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.
  • Clean gently using a soft dry cotton or muslin cloth after every use.
  • Avoid water exposure, sweat, detergents, soap, toothpaste, and harsh chemicals or cleaning agents.
  • Gold plating may naturally fade over time depending on usage frequency, skin chemistry, storage conditions, and exposure to moisture or chemicals.
  • As these are imitation jewelry products, no warranty or guarantee is provided on plating, polish, stones, or overall longevity.

Intellectual Property

All website content including images, videos, logos, branding, product designs, and text content belongs to Radiant & Keen and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Radiant & Keen shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier companies, lost or damaged parcels after dispatch, allergic reactions due to skin sensitivity, natural wear and tear of plating or stones, or improper handling and storage by customers.

Customers purchase and use products at their own discretion.
